Our customer has more than 40 years' experience in the field and is one of Scandinavia's leading companies in customs clearance. They are a service company that offers expert customs solutions in connection with import and export in trade with a third country. Our customer does not physically transport goods, but simplifies the flow of goods across borders. The offices are strategically placed at important border crossings and where trade takes place. The company is represented in seven countries: Norway, Sweden, Denmark, the UK, the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany.
Functieomschrijving / werkzaamheden
- Responsible for all sales activities at the Dutch- and Belgium market
Expand the custom activities towards other European countries, in particular the East Bloc countries
Both, the Key Account Managers in Belgium and the Netherlands will report to you
You will produce a sales plan for the Benelux that will serve as a base for the Key Account Managers
Visit (large) accounts and prospect to realize new business
Responsible for the sales budget
Be a good advisor for top management and staff
Gewenste ervaring / opleiding / certificaten
- HBO education or equal
A good knowledge about custom clearance and all his aspects
5 or 7 years experience in a similar position (or likewise)
Able to communicate in Dutch, English and German
Good communication skills
Able to lead a team of experienced Key Account Managers
No problem to work abroad and to visit customers
Team player, pro-active, social and analytical
Structured, effective and goal oriented
Driver license B
